Products and Services

We sell automotive refinishing and auto body products, including color primers, fillers, and detailing materials. Some products may be considered dangerous goods and are handled accordingly.

Eligibility

Our website is intended for users residing in Canada. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who does not comply with Canadian law regarding hazardous goods.

Payment Terms

We accept payments through Stripe in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Products must be paid in full at checkout. For pre-order items, payment may be collected at the time of shipping. Pre-order terms will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard products are shipped within 3–5 business days if in stock.
  • Pre-order items may take:
    • 2–4 weeks (from the US)
    • 2–4 months (from Germany)
    • 3–5 business days (within Canada)
    Shipping is currently available within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability or supply chain delays.

Returns and Refunds

  • Standard Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 15 days at your own shipping expense.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the item is damaged, defective, or the error is on our end, you can return it for free within 15 days.
  • After 15 Days: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Warranty

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We do not provide extended warranties unless explicitly stated. If a product is proven defective, it will be eligible for return as described above.

Limitation of Liability

4CR Canada is not liable for any misuse of our products or damages resulting from improper application or storage. We are not responsible for delays, third-party failures, or indirect damages exceeding the value of the purchased product.

Account Registration

Customers may register for an account to track orders and leave reviews. You are responsible for keeping your login information safe. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies or are suspected of abuse.

User Reviews

Registered users may leave reviews. Reviews must be respectful. We reserve the right to remove any content that is abusive, misleading, or inappropriate.
